Terms and Conditions

* 7-Day Cancellation Policy on all Reservations                      

*  Cancellation Policy: We will be happy to return your deposit, when applicable, less a $25.00 administration fee if you provide more than 7 days notice of your cancellation. 

 *  'No Shows' and last minute cancellations will result in a charge for all nights reserved and there are no refunds for early departures .                                                                              

 *  We will attempt to fill ANY RESERVATIONS cancelled less than 7 days in advance. If that happens, guest will not be charged for the last minute cancellation. (Any deposit will be Forfeited)

*  We will charge first night room fee pluse tax as a deposit on all reservations. A $200 deposit is required on all Weekly reservations.

* Room rates are based on double occupancy, 4 person max.

*  Room damage charges will be charged to the credit card on file.

* Nantasket Hotel at the Beach is a smoke-free property. There is a minimum $250 fine for smoking in room.

* We never share any information we collect with any party, ever.
