ACTIVITIES

Paragon Carousel - Take a ride on the world famous
wooden horse carousel which is sponsored by the
Nantasket Hotel at the Beach. Great place to book
a birthday party or fund raiser. A short walk from the hotel.

Hull Lifesaving Museum - This is the birth place of the
United State Coast Guard. The museum features old
lifesaving boats and equipment all housed in the
original Lifesaving Station. Great children's programs
and hands on educational tools.

Fort Revere - Visit this revolutionary fort and explore
the tunnels and ramparts which protected the entrance
to Boston Harbor from the British. The fort is open for
free during the daylight hours. Located about 5 miles from
the hotel. 

Windmills - Hull has two giant windmills. One
located just over the hill from the hotel and
the other located at famous 'Hull Gut'

TRANSPORTATION

MBTA Commuter Boat and Rail - Catch a boat to Boston
or Logan Airport from Hull, Hingham, or Quincy. There
are also Commuter Trains that run from Nantasket
Junction in Hingham (just a three minute drive)
to South Station in Boston.  

Nantasket Charter - Local taxi and livery company with
service in Hull and surrounding towns including
trips to Boston and local concert venues.

Nantasket Beach - Swim, fish, walk, jog, collect seashells
whatever you like to do on the beach, it is right across the
street from your room.

Nantasket Kayaks - Rent a kayak for an hour or for the day with
guided tours or self tours of the Weir River Estuary. Great
fun for the whole family.

Surf and Paddle Boarding - Take a surfing or paddle boarding
lesson or venture out on your own on the beach or the calm
Hull Bay.

Dream Machine and Mini Golf - Located a short walk from
the hotel where kids and adults can play skee ball and
other great games or test their skills at a round of mini golf.

Fascination - This old time game of skill is one
of the few relics left over from Paragon Park. Try
your luck at a 'Bingo' type game played with ball
where adults can win money.

Boating and Fishing - Hull features some great marinas
and piers to catch the big one! Rent fishing rods across
the street from the hotel and try your luck at stiped bass,
blue fish, flounder, cod and more.... Or launch your boat
just down the street and enjoy the gateway to Boston Harbor.

Golf & Bowling - The South Shore Country Club in
Hingham is only a 3 mile drive from our hotel. Featuring
a full 18 hole public course with virtual indoor golf, full bowling
alley and a restaurant with banquet facilities.

South Shore Music Circus - This 1500 seat venue has
national and international acts all summer long. Only
a 10 minute drive from out hotel.
